AI Training for Corporate Employees

AI is only useful if people know how to use it. We train your employees with practical, concrete courses calibrated to their day-to-day work — from management to operational staff.

Why training is the first step

You can buy the most expensive licenses and roll out the most advanced tools, but without training the result will always be the same: tools left unused or, worse, used badly.

Without training

  • • Employees don't use the tools
  • • Those who do use them ineffectively
  • • Sensitive data ends up on external platforms
  • • The AI investment becomes a waste

With training

  • • The team adopts the tools with confidence
  • • Every department knows how to use AI in its own work
  • • Company data stays protected
  • • The ROI of the AI investment multiplies

The real value

AI training is not a cost, it's a multiplier. An employee trained in AI saves, on average, 5-10 hours a week on repetitive tasks. Multiplied across the whole team, the impact is enormous.

What we teach

Prompt engineering course for companies

Module 1

Practical prompt engineering

Prompt engineering is the practice of crafting effective instructions for AI tools. It's the single most important skill for getting useful results from artificial intelligence. We teach:

  • How to write clear, specific prompts for your own work
  • Advanced techniques: roles, context, constraints, output format
  • Hands-on exercises on real tasks from your department
  • How to iterate and improve your results

Module 2

The right tools for every task

Not all AI tools are the same. We help the team navigate the ecosystem and choose the right tool for each activity:

  • ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini: when to use which and why
  • Specialized tools for writing, data analysis, images, code
  • How to integrate AI into the tools you already use (email, spreadsheets, CRM)
  • An overview of costs and enterprise licenses
AI output validation and data protection

Module 3

Verify, validate and protect

AI is not infallible. We teach teams to use it critically and safely:

  • How to verify and validate AI outputs (don't trust them blindly)
  • Recognizing “hallucinations” — when AI invents data or sources
  • What NOT to do: sensitive data, confidential information, critical decisions without human oversight
  • The basic rules of data security when using AI

Frequently asked questions about AI training

How long does an AI training course for employees last?

It depends on the format. The introductory on-site workshop lasts one day (8 hours). Distributed online sessions range from 8 to 16 hours in total, over 3-6 weeks. Tailored department tracks can reach 30-40 hours. The training is always calibrated to the team's starting level.

Do my employees need technical skills to use AI?

No. Most modern AI tools are operated simply by writing in plain language. If employees know how to use a browser and write an email, they can learn to use ChatGPT or Claude. What is needed is hands-on training in prompt engineering and output verification, not programming skills.

Is it better to train the whole team or just a few people?

Ideally the whole team, but in a differentiated way. Management needs a strategic vision, process owners need applied skills, and operational staff need hands-on training on the tools they will use every day. Limiting training to a few people creates knowledge silos that limit AI's impact.

What is prompt engineering and why does it matter?

Prompt engineering is the practice of crafting effective instructions for AI tools. It's the single most important skill for getting useful results from artificial intelligence. A well-written prompt can make the difference between a useless answer and a professional-quality output. You learn it through guided practice, not by reading manuals.

Can AI training be funded through joint inter-professional funds?

In many cases, yes. Joint inter-professional funds (Fondimpresa, Fondoprofessioni, Fondir and others) finance training programs on technological innovation, including AI. Checking the opportunities available with your own membership fund is always the first step. Codebaker can support you in documenting the training project for funding applications.
