PIUSI, a leading manufacturer of fuel management systems, needed a modern and reliable mobile application for their innovative B.SMART system. The application had to integrate seamlessly with their range of fuel dispensers via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology and communicate with their cloud system, enabling complete, real-time management of refuelling operations for fleets of any size.

how does it work?

We developed a cross-platform application in Flutter that integrates advanced features:

the result

The close collaboration with the PIUSI team led to the development of a robust and reliable application that represents a key element of their B.SMART ecosystem. The main challenge, implementing the BLE protocol for communication with the dispensing devices, was successfully overcome through careful design and extensive field testing. The application, now available on both the App Store and the Play Store, allows drivers to manage refuelling completely autonomously and paperlessly, while fleet managers can monitor all operations in real time through the web interface. This solution made a significant contribution to the digitalisation of fuel refuelling processes, positioning B.SMART as one of the most innovative solutions in its sector.
